1. Booking and Reservation
1.1 Booking Process
Bookings can be made through our website, WhatsApp, or phone call. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation from Jet Ride Car Rentals.
1.2 Booking Confirmation
Once your booking is received, we will confirm it via WhatsApp or phone call. A booking is only considered confirmed when you receive confirmation from our team.
1.3 Advance Booking
We recommend booking at least 2-4 hours in advance for airport transfers to ensure vehicle availability. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings based on availability.
2. Pricing and Payment
2.1 Fixed Pricing
Our standard airport transfer rate is ₹999/- (Rupees Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine only) for trips within Hyderabad city limits to/from the airport.
Important: This fixed price applies to standard sedan vehicles with capacity for up to 4 passengers with reasonable luggage.
2.2 Additional Charges
- Toll Charges: Actual toll charges will be added to the base fare
- Airport Parking: Actual parking charges will be added to the base fare
- Waiting Time: First 30 minutes of waiting is complimentary. Additional waiting time is charged at ₹100 per 30 minutes
- Night Surcharge: Trips between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM may incur an additional charge of ₹200
2.3 Payment Terms
Payment is to be made after trip completion directly to the driver. We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Credit/Debit Card
2.4 No Hidden Charges
We maintain complete transparency in our pricing. There are no hidden charges. All additional costs (tolls, parking, extra waiting time) will be communicated to you before or during the trip.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Cancellation by Customer
- Free Cancellation: Bookings can be cancelled free of charge if cancelled at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup may incur a cancellation fee of ₹200
- No-Show: If the customer is not present at the pickup location within 15 minutes of scheduled time without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show and the full fare may be charged
3.2 Cancellation by Jet Ride
In rare cases where we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will:
- Notify you immediately
- Arrange an alternative vehicle if available
- Provide a full refund if we cannot fulfill the booking
3.3 Modification of Booking
You can modify your booking (change pickup time, location, etc.) up to 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone.
4. Service Terms
4.1 Pickup and Drop-off
- Driver will arrive at the specified pickup location at the scheduled time
- For airport pickups, please inform us of your flight number so we can track your arrival
- 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time is provided for all pickups
- Customer must be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time
4.2 Flight Delays
We track flight arrivals for airport pickups. If your flight is delayed, your pickup will be automatically adjusted at no extra cost. However, please inform us if there are any significant changes.
4.3 Luggage Policy
- Standard fare includes reasonable luggage (2-3 suitcases + cabin bags for 4 passengers)
- Excess or oversized luggage may require a larger vehicle at an additional cost
- Valuable items should be kept with passengers, not in the trunk
4.4 Vehicle Standards
All our vehicles are:
- Well-maintained and regularly serviced
- Clean and sanitized before each trip
- Air-conditioned
- Driven by verified and professional drivers
5. Customer Responsibilities
5.1 Accuracy of Information
Customers must provide accurate information including:
- Contact details (name, phone number)
- Pickup and drop locations with landmarks if needed
- Flight details for airport pickups
- Number of passengers and luggage
5.2 Conduct
- Customers must treat drivers with respect
- Smoking and consumption of alcohol inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
- Customers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by them
- Eating is permitted but please maintain cleanliness
5.3 Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. Please ensure you don't leave anything in the vehicle. While we make efforts to return lost items, we cannot guarantee their recovery.
6. Liability and Insurance
6.1 Vehicle Insurance
All our vehicles are comprehensively insured. Customers and their luggage are covered under the vehicle's insurance policy during the journey.
6.2 Limitation of Liability
Jet Ride Car Rentals shall not be liable for:
- Loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle
- Delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control
- Missed flights due to unforeseen traffic or road conditions (we recommend allowing sufficient time)
- Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
6.3 Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, riots, government actions, or other force majeure events.
7. Safety and Security
7.1 Driver Verification
All our drivers undergo thorough background checks and possess valid driving licenses. Driver details will be shared with you before the trip.
7.2 GPS Tracking
All our vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking for your safety and for efficient route management.

8. Service Area
Our fixed rate of ₹999/- applies to the following areas:
- Within Hyderabad city limits (Outer Ring Road)
- To/From Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (Shamshabad)
- Major areas: Gachibowli, HITEC City, Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills, Madhapur, Secunderabad, Begumpet, etc.
Note: For destinations outside the standard service area, please contact us for a custom quote. Additional charges may apply for destinations beyond 30 km from the airport.
9. Complaints and Grievances
9.1 Feedback

11. Changes to Terms
Jet Ride Car Rentals reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
