The Refund and Cancellation Policy page outlines JetRide’s guidelines and procedures for handling cancellations and refunds of bookings.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are based on the cancellation timeline prior to the scheduled boarding date. Eligibility and refund amounts are as follows:

  • More than 7 Days Before Boarding: Eligible for a full refund (no cancellation fee).
  • 3 to 7 Days Before Boarding: 75% refund (25% of the paid amount retained as a cancellation fee).
  • 2 to 3 Days Before Boarding: 50% refund (50% of the paid amount retained).
  • On the Date of Boarding: Non-refundable (100% of the paid amount retained).

Additional payment gateway charges, if any, are non-refundable.

2. Refund Timeframes

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days, depending on bank processing times and applicable gateway fees. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Cancellation Procedure

To cancel a booking, please follow these steps:

4. Requirements
